it looks great in the solids. My friend showed me exactly the same thing yesterday -- I've got to give that a try.
I've done a bunch of these quilts. They're always fun! It's like magic when those pinwheels show up! I found the pattern in a book called "Square Dance". It looks great in the solids, and I really like those colors.
I know what you mean about narrowing down the ideas!
cool. but now the trick is to liberate it! I know what you mean about so many wonderful quilts. Maybe the only answer is to pick several and mash them up.
